The staff is very very helpful and exceptionally nice, as well as host.

Everything was perfect and the rooms were reasonably large. The personnel was very very helpful and amazingly nice. It had favourable and decent location within walking distance of Barrio Norte. The hotel was a cozy base for enjoying a relatively quiet area.

We had Wheelchair Accessible room with large refrigerator and kitchen, for example, which was important. The staff was super friendly and responsive to what we asked for.

Came here for 2 night stay, had a perfect experience. The location for Buenos Aires was favourable and decent, not far from next metro station and local shops and a supermarket and subway and bus stops. I had coffee at Usina Cafetera, located within 10 minutes walk.

Simply nothing to complain about, perfect stay. Central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel television in the room and the spacious bed. Location not far from coffee shops as well as beautiful Recoleta with easy access to coffee shops. Also, very close to Palermo area👍😀

The location was particularly good and decent in the relatively quiet area. Close vicinity, just 15 minutes on foot to Pueyrredon subway station, was a big plus.

The room was beautifully designed and had a lovely plunge pool on the rooftop. We felt safe with the 24-hour security guards who were friendly and knew us by name. The cleaning service was also a nice touch. The location was great, with several good restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. Plus, the residential area gave it a more relaxed and charming atmosphere.

Our experience was marred by the manager's behavior. He was rude and made us feel unwelcome.

Besides, the location was marvellous and perfect for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of an Argentine art museum. Booked a room with balcony.
